Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and password. You may optionally provide your name, date of birth, gender, height, weight, and health goals during onboarding.

Health Data: Blood test results (uploaded as photos), biomarker values, nutrition logs, workout logs, weight measurements, water intake, and habit tracking data.

Voice Coaching Data: When you use the AI Voice Coach feature, audio is processed in real-time by our voice AI provider (Retell AI) to enable the conversation. Call transcripts and AI-generated session summaries are stored to improve your coaching experience.

Device Information: Push notification tokens, device type, and timezone for delivering notifications.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide personalized health plans (nutrition, training, supplements, lifestyle) based on your profile and blood work
• To power AI voice coaching sessions with context about your progress
• To track your health metrics and display progress over time
• To send push notifications (reminders, check-ins) that you can enable or disable
• To improve our AI models and service quality

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS), with row-level security ensuring you can only access your own data. Blood test images are stored in encrypted cloud storage. All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to provide our features:

• Supabase: Database, authentication, and file storage
• Retell AI: Voice AI for coaching calls (processes audio in real-time)
• OpenRouter / Anthropic Claude: AI analysis of blood tests and plan generation
• Expo / EAS: Push notification delivery

These services have their own privacy policies and process data as necessary to provide their services.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below.
