By downloading, installing, or using the BodyOptimize application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

BodyOptimize is a health optimization platform that uses artificial intelligence to analyze blood test results, generate personalized health plans (nutrition, training, supplements, lifestyle), track health habits, and provide AI voice coaching. The App is available on iOS and Android devices.

2. Medical Disclaimer

BodyOptimize is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. All content, recommendations, plans, and coaching provided through the App are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you read or heard in the App.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and update it as needed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Upload false, misleading, or harmful content
• Interfere with the App's operation or security
• Share your account with others or create multiple accounts

5. User Content & Data

You retain ownership of the data you provide (blood test images, health logs, profile information). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this data to provide our services, including AI analysis and plan generation. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

6. AI-Generated Content

Health plans, analysis results, coaching conversations, and other AI-generated content are produced by artificial intelligence models. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should verify important health information with qualified professionals.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and AI models, is owned by BodyOptimize and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BodyOptimize and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
