How do I upload my blood test results?
Go to the Dashboard tab and tap "Upload Blood Test." You can take a photo of your blood test report or select one from your photo library. Our AI will analyze the biomarkers automatically.
What blood tests are supported?
We support most standard blood panels including CBC (Complete Blood Count), CMP (Comprehensive Metabolic Panel), lipid panels, thyroid panels, vitamin levels, and hormone panels. Results should be in a standard lab report format.
How does the AI Voice Coach work?
The AI Coach is a voice-based conversation you can have anytime. It knows your health data, plans, and recent progress. Choose a session type (check-in, motivation, nutrition Q&A, training help, or general health) and tap "Start Session" to begin talking.
Is my health data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and stored securely with row-level security on Supabase. Only you can access your data. Blood test images are stored in encrypted cloud storage. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I use the app in Spanish?
Yes! BodyOptimize supports both English and Spanish. You can set your preferred language during onboarding or change it in your profile settings. The AI Voice Coach also speaks fluent Spanish.
Is this medical advice?
No. BodyOptimize provides AI-generated health information for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult your doctor before making changes to your health routine.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile > Settings and tap "Delete Account." This will permanently delete all your data including blood tests, plans, logs, and coaching sessions. You can also email us to request deletion.
The AI Coach can't hear me. What should I do?
Make sure you've granted microphone permission to the app. On iOS, go to Settings > BodyOptimize > Microphone. On Android, go to Settings > Apps > BodyOptimize > Permissions > Microphone. If the issue persists, try restarting the app.
